Join us where youth are united to build community wellness! We are pleased to announce our free youth focused symposium for high school and college students in partnership with Sacramento City College. The day will feature interactive presentations and panels from youth leaders across the Capital region along with lunch and networking opportunities for attendees.

In this event, we focus on improving our surroundings from the inside out. We begin with breath work and mobility exercises to center ourselves, and then we engage in a competitive clean-up activity. Participants have the opportunity to give back to the community and potentially win fantastic prizes.
