OVERVIEW OF KÜHL HIKE
To guide participants on an outdoor hike in the Mt. Tam State Park and educate them about the rich history of the area. Simultaneously exposing them to Mother Natures’ therapeutic benefits and how they can take advantage of our surrounding areas to aid in mental calmness and clarity. Although the hike itself is physical, we provide team building activities that include breath work, light dynamic movement, and more.
