hike & hit 2 - Cataract falls, mt. tam - cA 2/24/19
Help me find a word that describes people who willingly wake up at 4am to hike in cold weather with a bunch of strangers AND participate in a butt kicking 1.5 hour workout?! 🤨
To their credit, it was a donation based event that helped raise money for a good friend of ours who is battling pancreatic cancer. She is speechless and filled with gratitude that complete strangers would come to her aid and show so much love and support. She thanks you all and so do we. 💜

We split the group into two teams and had them compete with an AMRAP workout [ As Many Rounds As Possible ]. Major props to the group for not only completing the 8 minute AMRAP, but the entire workout PRIOR to the harder part of the hike. 💪🏽
