Hike & hit 17 - South Yuba River 7/17/21

Our 17th event was the most unique one to date. It offered two options - a short hike to a swimming hole or rock-hopping upstream to the same swimming hole. The rock hopping route presented challenges that required teamwork, balance, problem solving, and overcoming certain fears.

Prior to making the trek, Coach Romo warmed us up with some dynamic stretching and then a 4 1/2 minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) that included air squats, high-knees, push-ups, and a short run.

In conclusion, this event highlights our core essence of always curating events based on activities we personally enjoy, making it seamless to share what we love. As we evolve, we hope this platform continues to provide genuine and authentic moments for all that attend.
